You'd think a tour operator would reconfim flights, book cars and book hotels. Well in Virgin's case they don't! Just had a holiday where seats were not confirmed, the car was not booked and most unbelievably the hotel was not booked either! Yes, really! Ended up on standby on the way home and almost got bumped off of our flight. Utter rubbish. Would have been better off doing it all myself - which I will consider doing next time.
