“Been having problems sending texts and cannot make...”

Been having problems sending texts and cannot make calls from mobile for past 3 days. Called Orange yesterday, promised call back within half hour..no call rec'd. Called again this morning again promised call back....nothing. Called 3 time from landline which costs a lot on mobile numbers.Have now been told network problem WILL be ok on the 1/9/10!! Pull the other one it's got bells on! Having goods delivered today, need Samsung mobile to work fully, won't be able to use phone fully for at least 7 days, was offered 25p compensation, then offered 1pound!!!! Rang them previously with a problem, never got to the end of that either, although the assistant then did try to assist, promised to call back, still waiting! Been with Orange for many years, diabolical service.
