Good Points
I am LEAVING THEM tomorrow!!.. thats the only good point I can think of from my personal experience

Bad Points
Poor speeds and frequently disconnects in my experience
I personally was not happy with the service supplied by Nildram

General Comments
Currently maxing out at 22kb/s on an 8 megs line, the speeds have been totally pathetic for months now in my experience and opinion

I have been with nildram for over 7 years and finally I have conceded defeat and received my MAC key

Unhelpful customer service, I now expect a minimum of 30 mins before you get to talk to someone.

They will soon learn the hard way that I will not accept throttling and total denial that they indeed throttle speeds and charge a premium price for a poor service in my opinion.

Thinking of nildram?... think again the 9th april 2008 cannot come fast enough for me.
