Good Points
Fast efficient, helpful and reliable

Bad Points
Pay for setup and Modem.

General Comments
I have been with Nildram on three sites for I've months so far and the service has been faultless. I work in the IT industry and they have been faultless. We also use Pipex for business on over 80 sites and Nildram has proved to be as good for the home users I have installed. There are many ISP's that I have had problems with but none of the same criticisms apply to Nildram. The tech support is fast, understandable with no long queues and the connecting information is excellent.
