“I have had problems with studio now for over 3 years....”

I have had problems with studio now for over 3 years. They sent me an item I had not ordered and then billed me for it. They did not believe I had returned the item and I had to send proof. In the meantime they ignore all my call, emails and letters and sent me invoices regulary charging me interest on top of interest and phoned me threatening me that if I did not pay they would ruin my credit, they were not interested in the fact that I did not owe the money. After getting trading standards involved they finally admit I do not owe the money, however, they have placed a default on my credit, now making it hard for me to change my mortgage. They again have ignored all calls, letters and emails from myself and experian. I have spent hours on the phone to them to have each call ignored. promises of a call back never happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM STUDIO, I would never ever touch them again
