My wife made an order at the beginning of January. We then received a statement showing our order and requesting payment. I called studio to explain that we had not yet received the goods. The lady told me that the goods were on their way. I paid the studio statement (in full) and 2 weeks later the goods still hadn't arrived. On their website you are able to track your delivery. The tracking clearly showed that the items had been loaded on to a delivery van at the beginning of January but had still not been delivered. It is very clear that we never received the goods. Since then we were initially told that a declaration form would be sent so that they could cancel the order. This has been promised now 3 times and never arrived. I have now had enough and have requested our money back. Studio just keep telling us that we must complete this form before they refund and told us we must be patient!!! We have been very fair with them they don't care about us. There service is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING and they are keeping our money for goods that their system clearly shows we have never received. AVOID STUDIO AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND THE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!!!
