We bought two cheap tv tables from 24 studio. Took two and a half weeks to deliver arriving in December. we were told we could not pay at the point of purchase but had to open an account. We were then slapped with a £20 extra charge nearly doubling the puchase price. This was labelled statement 2 and dated 30 Dec. We did not recieve statement 1. My wife rang up and managed to pay just for the tables by arguing a) that we had not received a first statement and b) threatening to go to the BBC. A nasty outfit. Avoid. Findal the parent company which is quoted should be ashamed of itself.
