Placed an order for chairs and table set was told 14 day delivery which turned into just under a month. once i received the set i opened the box to find the table and chair was used! on phoning up i was offered 10% or colletion four days before xmas i refused as this didnt even cover the cost of delevery which was two weeks late! they told me they had 28 days to deliver however everywhere i have looked in their terms it states 14 days! still waiting on a call back which apparently i have missed three times already how convenient! absolute joke liars will tell u what you want to hear to get you off the phone to avoid the problem do u studio think its acceptable to charge people full price for second hand goods!
