both flights delayed. service on edmonton to vegas flight was terrible(maybe westjet should hire more experience, cabin crew averaged 20 to 25 years old) temp. on board terribly warm. asked only once for a drink during the 3-hour flight and received a warm can-no glass. rudest attitude i have ever experienced of any airline (air canada,canadian,american,continental,delta,horizon and us airways).not my first experience with westjet, and may be my last. upon arrival in las vegas, discovered jet fuel all over my suitcase. westjet USED to have a good reputation. pittyful when air canada offers better service.
