Good Points
Nothing good!

Bad Points
Extremely bad customer service, over charge, changed items to whatever they want, push customer to buy their product, refusing of customer cancellation items or products or packaged, rude, misleading advertising on company website!

General Comments
1. July 3, 2007: I ordered online Nikon D200 w/Wide Angle Package: $1,139.00 plus Nikon Zoom 18-200mm f/3.5 - 5.6G EDIF AFS DX VR Autofocus Lens w/USA Warranty: $629.00; Total $1,768 w/ free shipping, handling and tax.

They called me and starting to upgrade my order and offered other lenses and cameras; I turned it down because the price was so high; he finally said to me that he will gave me $2,199 for the new order that he made; I asked him to hold it and sent me the list of the order (invoice) so I know what exactly am buying and re-think about it; He said that he cannot hold it; he will charge me and I can cancel it any time.

Promised to email me the invoice which they never did, so I emailed the next morning and complained about this.

2. July 4, 2007: I found in my bank statement that Express Cameras over charged me in total of $2,329.99. I call them and cancelled my order; I have to wait for about 15-20 minutes before someone answer my phone; sounded just like the same guy; I told him my order #; He found it and I asked him to cancel it. He refused my cancellation and said that he could not do that because of the holiday; I asked his name he told me that he is express cameras. I asked him again and he told me; I cancelled my order he still refused it; he said because the people I spoke to earlier were not there; than because he is just an operator.

How come an operator could find my order on company computer system? I told him to tell the others and the manager in charge that I cancel my order. He said I have to call the next day. I emailed the cancellation to Express Cameras that day.

3. July 5, 2007: I called them at 9:00am California; and I have to wait for about 15-20 minutes before get hold with someone there; I told my order number and cancelled it; he put me on hold for about 20 minutes. The first guy took over and started to lecture me about his knowledge about cameras. I told him again that I have to re-think before buying the product and I like to cancel it. He refused it and started to raise his voice and yelling and told me that he didn't understand my English accent. Well, 2 days ago he really understood my accent clearly. He was extremely rude and discriminated. I could not deal with him any more, so I left him alone; let him think and do what ever he wanted to think or to do; I called my bank for cancellation.

4. I called express cameras again and asked for another employee because he was the only one who sounded an educated person. Some guy without name put me on hold for about 20 minutes; the guy I asked for answer my phone and when he hear that I cancel my order; he put me on hold for 20 minutes; than the first guy picked up the phone and I told him that I want to talk to the other guy; he put me on hold forever! I gave up!

5. I called my bank again and emailed for cancellation to Express Cameras for the last time!
