BEWARE ORDER DELIVERY DATE CHANGES TO SUIT THEM !!!!!!!!!OVERNIGHT

ordered item on 8th paid for delivery by 10th item did not arrive nor 11th now not due until the 13th. More time off work. customer services especially the managers are a joke cant deal with the problem or organize a refund. exactly what are they there for. 48hrs to get a refund as they have got to email another department to refund you even pay pal.

poor communication, poor service, poor delivery service. in all phone calls have cost us nearly as much as the item. customer service manager even hung up on us.

a definite never again this is the worst service we have ever had !!!!!!

refund promised on delivery that hasn't arrived ended up cancelling the whole order what a waste of time we expecting such a good standard just goes to show all that money no idea how long would it of taken to send an email saying sorry your delivery is delayed.
