General Comments
Apart from the obvious problems with cheap products and extortionate postage costs, the complete absence of customer service provided by these people means that I would never touch them again.
Comments by their ever-rude and unhelpful people border on the obstructive when things go wrong. I would prefer to pay more somewhere else (probably not much more when the postage is taken into account) and have some comfort that I won't have deal with these unhelpful, arrogant, unintelligent and obstructive individuals ever again.
