General Comments
On the 14/12/2005 I returned 5 lots of clothing to price-drop.tv, because of faults it cost me £20.14 in postage which they said I would get refunded. The total cost of my refund is £65.90 and to this date (8/02/05) I have still not had all of my money back. I have phoned customer services 12 times only to be told they would sort it out. It has cost me almost £10 in phoning them, I have also written to them but they have not had the decency to reply. I am now on the verge of taking them to the small claims court where I will be asking for damages for all the stress they have put me through.
