Bad Points
Fit and finish not the worlds greatest but passable. Tune ups and adjustments require removal of panels and sometimes the entire gas tank. Not a big deal but a few things could be a little more accessible.

General Comments
Been a Gold Wing person for over 25 years this is my first Kawasaki but it won't be my last. When I wear this one out I will get a newer one just like it just for two reasons. One its reliable and two is just plain fun to ride. I have read the blogs and complaints of a buzz and its funny the only thing I noticed is the sound of a strong engine and the joy of riding the hills and winding roads of Northern WI. Funny thing though is that even though I travel the state with it I never see another Connie on the road anywhere. People often ask me if its a BMW or what it is even though the big Kawasaki on the tank names it right up front. Even the dealers say I heard of it but never seen one. It might be a rare bird up north here but I gotta say I sure love this bike!
Its fast and its reliable and most of all its a darn fun machine to ride.
Nobody wants to borrow it as its a high center of gravity bike and is best suited for well seasoned riders. Excellent range and will take the S- curves with ease. Styling is great and will get you the evil eye from the Harley riders. Well suited for long trips even for this old man.
