They cancelled my massage less than an hour before
Abrupt, unapologetic service at counter
I visited Bliss a couple of years ago, and after reading more recent reviews and realising that nothing has changed, I felt the need to warn others. I booked a basic facial and massage and was told when I arrived that the massage was cancelled as the therapist was ill. (They had phoned 35 min before and left a message on my mobile...while I was already on the train!). There was not much of an apology and absolutely no attempt to rebook that day, and then I had to wander around the area for over an hour until the facial appointment.
The facial was great, and the therapist was very professional and kind. At checkout, no one even mentioned rebooking a massage, and I didn't bother trying. Have not returned and will not. However, Bliss products are wonderful, and I will remain loyal to the brand if not the actual spa.
