Good Points
- It's free
- Includes all tax return sections
- It looks like the paper tax return

Bad Points
- It reads exactly the same as the paper tax return. The Inland Revenue do not always explain themselves clearly.

General Comments
FreeFile tax filing software is free and includes all of the self assessment tax return sections. It looks exactly like the paper tax return which helped as this made everything familiar, but then again was the devil you know.



The form helped me to complete it, highlighting omitted or incorrect boxes, with pop-ups that told me what to do. It calculated my tax liability which also helped me to check it was correct.



Basically, filing my tax return isn't something I look forward too, and FreeFile got the job done without any fuss, and it was free!
