DO NOT RENT from this company!! Be warned espcially of their London Kings cross branch whose staff & managment are beyond awful. It is hard to believe this company are employing such ignorant and rude staff and put a man in charge who could not even move out of his office chair or had anything postive to say or show ability to deal with a complaint. A 3rd party hire company agreed on a recorded phone conversation that they have had a number of complaints regarding this particular branch.
