Good Points
Easy to get a new release
Well catalogued and indexed collection
Priority works well
Good turn around

Bad Points
A little pricey compared to other online DVD rental services
Can be difficult to get particular DVD's

General Comments
I've been with Amazon DVD rental for over a year, and I have found the service to be pretty good, especially getting (most) new releases, and at least you get some indication of how long the wait is. I find Amazon much easier to browse for a DVD than other sites. I have had a few unplayable disks, but (TIP) it is easily solved by using car polish and a soft cloth, and vigorous rubbing from the centre to the edge of the disk over the scratch.
