“Ensuring The Customer Is Happy”

Staff took a few days compiling the manual I requested and then having downloaded it, I did not seem to be able to open it despite following all the instructions. Contacting Emanual, I was told someone from their technical help service would contact me which is what happened. I then sat at my computer while the technical advisor configured everything so it worked and I am now able to open the workshop manual. As a pensioner, I would have preferred to have been able to purchase a hard copy but that is not the modern way and at least I have the information I required. I do think Emanual did everything possible to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
