“Booking cancellation issues”

This company appears to be very dodgy, I am trying to change a booking I made and keep having to ask the same questions over and over again to get some (not all) of the information I need. Getting relevant information from TravelUp is harder than getting blood from stones!
I have also been quoted a price for changing my booking only to find that this doubled when I made some further enquiries without any justification as to why the increase happened or what I was actually paying for.
I am now trying to find out why a cancellation for flights that cost £652 per person will only get me £15.00 refunded if I cancel because of TravelUp's booking fees and the ticket provider's admin fees, which implies that this company is charging fees that cost £637 per person for my booking!
In addition, the company is NOT ABTA registered, even though they pretend that they are.
I would have liked them to tell me that they are not ABTA registered, what they charge for fees and what exactly I will incur if I booked with them and then needed to change or cancel my flights before I made payment.
