Upgrade offers are apparently not visible to call centre staff. The phone I wanted was 'out of stock' on the website. I wanted to know whether I could get one on order. I was repeatedly told that the phone did not exist and that I was on the wrong website!! No help whatsoever. Why would call centre staff not be able to see what I can see!
Anyway, after much transferring of calls - I was told if it's out of stock you can't get one! So - chaotic service and not the product I wanted!!
