My Wren Kitchen was delivered this morning, disappointingly it is different to what I ordered. Apparently there were alterations made to the design after the surveyor visited, they just neglected to inform, explain or show me the revised layout. Really frustrating as my lovely, symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing kitchen is now a hash, using 7 different size cabinets making it look totall odd and mismatched. No communication, no sign off on the revised design, how is my contract even valid? Rang the store, they said call customer care, customer care (eventually) said that I needed to speak to the designer at the store, he then said there wasn't anything he could do so I need to call customer care, who then cut me off after being on hold for 35 minutes. I wouldn't use Wren again after today's experience.
