“Boarding passes sorted !”

Booked a 2 centre city break to Poland with train between Krakow and Warsaw, and a visit to Auschwitz included. Efficient paperwork, able to negotiate local flights to give us longer start / end days in Poland. Just before we were due to go Ryanair (return flight ) changed their rules so we would have had to sort out boarding passes while we were away not more than 4 days in advance of flight, or pay £45 extra at the airport. The staff member offered to do this for us and email the passes to our hotel. It all happened exactly as promised and gave us peace of mind. She also organised passes for our outgoing flight. Excellent service. We had a fascinating trip with wonderful insight into the Nazi invasion, destruction of Warsaw, and the Holocaust. There were some lighter moments at a Railway museum and the Chopin Museum. I would certainly recommend the travel company for value and efficiency and their terrific helpfulness.
