I was watching the TV channel for tjc other day and tried to make an order. As I rang I got through to a member of staff for the VIP line and she was very helpful and very sweet to me however I had a question about a order my husband had made for my daughters birthday 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered ever since so I wanted to know what was happening and if the same would happen. I was told to call the customer care team and I did however I waited for a very long time to be pasted go someone and when I did the staff member did not listen to what I had to say also they was unhelpful and put me on hold several times as I asked for her name again so that I could make a complaint ( which I did not tell her I was going to do) she refused to tell me and was starting to get a bit mouthy. As I am unable to give names of staff I will say it began with a R . Very disappointing as I think the jewllery on the channel is very beautiful. Also a friend of my daughter used to work there and she said the staff are very rude and unhelpful, maybe they should train the staff a bit more on manners.
