Shop elsewhere. Terrible. We had loads of missing and damaged items. When we got the damaged items replaced they were damaged too. We were hundreds of pounds out of pocket extra because of this and extremely inconvenienced as we have 2 kids and an uncompleted kitchen. Wrens told us they were offering us no compensation as it was our own fault. Huh??????
We are taking further action and are in touch with the ombudsman at present.
