Purchased a HP 250 G5 Notebook only to find it defective. Customer support unable to resolve problem and after great difficulty a DOA form was raised to enable return. Replacement arrived only to be found with a very similar problem. Again through all the hoops with customer support. Offered another replacement which was declined and a refund requested. No letter of apology from customer services. Refund was not forthcoming so correspondence with CEO team, search engine will provide address, complaining about poor customer support, services and quality control. Following intervention from CEO staff a refund arrived. Would not under any circumstances recommend any purchase from the HP Store UK.
