ORDERED A PURCHASE FROM EBAY,I WAS QUOTED 48 HOURS DELIVERY,I WAS DUE TO RECEIVE IT TUESDAY,IT NEVER CAME, TRIED TO RING FOR HELP,THEY HAD CLOSED,I RANG THE FOLLOWING MORNING (PREMIUM RATE NUMBER),GOT A DISMISSIVE GIRL WHO OFFERED NO HELP,EXCEPT THAT IT MIGHT TURN UP WEDNESDAY,IT DID'NT, SO RANG AGAIN,IT WAS DUE TODAY (THURSDAY),I TRACKED IT ALL DAY,WENT ON "LIVE CHAT",AND SAID I WAS DRAFTING A LETTER TO THE CHAIRMAN,SUDDENLY I WENT FROM NO 23 IN THE DELIVERY ORDER TO ZERO,AND IT ARRIVED WITHIN AN HOUR.(7PM)I HAVE SHORTENED THE WHOLE STORY OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TYPING FATIGUE...I WILL NEVER HAVE DEALINGS WITH THEM AGAIN,BY FIRST CHECKING WHICH COURIER ANY POTENTIAL SUPPLIER USES BEFORE PURCHASING....JUST AWFUL !
