I bought a memory foam mattress from Hypnia approx one year ago and loved the product straight away as it was comfortable and everything it said it was on the tin. However, around 8 weeks ago I started to notice that my memory foam was sunken at each side of the bed where I sleep and also where my partner sleeps & there was a lump in the middle of the bed where it wasn't being slept on the same. My partner and I rotate the mattress as directed regularly so I found it strange why this had happened and I would like to point out that neither my partner nor I as large in size, we are average sized individuals therefore this default wasn't due to her weight. So I decided to contact Hypnia for some help and advice and all they asked of me was that I take some pictures and email them my mattress to show the issue I was experiencing. Within immediately receiving the pictures, the customer service team contacted me to advise that they would arrange a replacement mattress for me as I was guaranteed for 10 years and my mattress shouldn't be in this state after a year and they apologised for this happening. This has been a easy, stress free experience and I look forward to receiving my new mattress early next week. I would like to thank Hypnia for their time and assistance with my issue and would highly recommend them to other potential customers. They are a great company, great service received during sale and also dealing with the replacement mattress, great quality but most of all fabulous customer service. More companies should take a leaf out their book!A 5/5 overall experience!'
