“Excellent product and fitting”

Overall a really great experience with Hammonds. The final product is exactly what we were expecting - high quality and a great finish - and we can't fault the fitter who was very efficient, friendly and professional. We also found the customer service pre-fitting to be very good, in particular the designer was upfront with us about cost and working within our budget and we were pleased not to get a "hard" sales pitch.
Our only reservation for not giving this a 5 stars is that the designer (and surveyor) confirmed and priced the job as a 2 day fitting, when in fact it was completed in 1 day with no problem. Hopefully this is a quick one for Hammonds to resolve...
