We had a few instances that we need customer support because of service interruption. Of course as an ecommerce merchant, they are emergencies for us and would like their support to resolve the issues right away. Unicornpay support team is not helpful in resolving issues and keeps saying the issues are caused by other vendors. Turned out, they didn't know how to trouble shoot and at the end, had to create a new account and restart our services. Obviously, they need to train their support team much better.
