General Comments
We haven't even been on our holiday yet with Thomas Cook, and all ready we have had the worst customer service ever experienced. We've booked a cruise with them on an NCL cruise. Thomas Cook have failed from start to finish to face up to their responsibilities as an ABTA registered travel agent. NCL haven't been too good at responding either. We have contacted Thomas Cook's supposed customer service line countless times, to either be lied too, patronised or in one particular case shouted at! We have had no response to written complaints, and we have now esculated this someone who obviously couldn't care less about the customer experience either. A bad company all round. We will never book with Thomas Cook again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same.
