“Diabolical customer service robots may as well be robots”

ASDA do not care about service, so I am not going to waste too long here, other than to briefly explain the issues.

Home shopping,
You place an order, they say they dont have the items, so send a substitute you do not need, want or use.
Items never leave the van, yet you got NO proof or receipt for returned items, and then no refund.
Then the fun starts, ASDA have the worst e mail system in the UK, it is useless, dozens of e mails later, months later you get told the items were not returned, then after solving that, the wrong refund has been put through, start again, in the end had to give notice of court action then,eventually you get told in 5-10 days you will get the right refund.
No apology, no reply to questions, even the CEO has stopped having e mails, you may as well talk to a wall, you would get a better reply.
This has happened so often now, I will not use ASDA home delivery, if a company the size of ASDA cannot offer a decent level of customer service, they do not deserve my business.
