I ordered a coffee machine off of Amazon which was dispatched via Hermes. I arrived home from work to find a card stating my parcel had been left in my secure porch. I DO NOT HAVE A SECURE PORCH. I contacted Hermes (eventually) via a Chat service and the agent said the parcel had been handed to a receptionist. I DO NOT HAVE A RECEPTIONIST as the delivery address is my private home. I asked to speak to a complaints department and Hermes response was to cut me off.
I contact Amazon to complain who were really helpful. I will not use Hermes ever again
