I have had pet insurance with Argos for the past six years, since we had our dog. I have never, thankfully, had to make a claim before this. My dog developed a lump on the top of his rear left leg, and needed the lump to be removed and tested. So, I made the claim through Argos via the telephone. The adviser I spoke to was very reassuring, and gave simple details of the claim process. The form was sent out to me, and the vet filled in his part, and I filled in mine very easily and sent it back. Within 10 days of sending the claim form back, the correct payment for the treatment, minus the excess of course, was paid directly into my bank account. I received written confirmation of this a couple of days later.
The whole process was simple, stress free and dealt with extremely competently. I would recommend Argos pet insurance to anyone. Also, the lump was benign and my dog is fully fit and healthy again.
