Just returned from four nights in Amarante, near Oporto. Flights, weather and hotel all excellent although the facilities in a five star hotel in Portugal probably not quite the same as five stars in the UK. The service however certainly was - also the Michelin stared restaurant. Only minor disappointment was the driver who met us at the airport but failed to display our names so we had to search for him, after which he rushed ahead offering no assistance with luggage.
Being offered a direct line contact to a staff member at Fleetway makes booking a pleasure and I have given the name of this person to friends and other guests who were staying at our hotel in Portugal.
