“Shoddy experience ”

Sent my package off and got an alarming email saying they hadn't received it after the 10 working days. I sent an email in expressing my concern and got THE VAGUEST eply that was had basically been pulled from a template. No acknowledgement of my actual problem and no one responded to my reply. So that made me feel really looked after. (Note the sarcasm)

Needless to say, MusicMagpie DID receive my order EVENTUALLY. If you need money quickly I wouldn't recommend this service and suggest you try elsewhere.

The experience of actually receiving your money once they've got your order is actually seamless... it's everything that comes beforehand which is painful.

Customer experience and journey needs to be dramatically improved. I won't be using this site again purely due to the lack of information I received when getting in touch. No one likes to feel like they're speaking to a robot. Address issues properly in a human manner, make people feel valued and the service would be a lot better. I didn't feel looked after one bit.
