“Excellent communication & service”

The first thing a business dealing in cash by post and BAC transfers needs to get right is communication and CoventGardenFx did do so. Their website is easy to navigate and use with all information to hand. Nevertheless I did have a query so I phoned their number. The call was answered quickly and dealt with efficiently. I ordered £2,500 worth of dollars at 1630hrs for delivery two days later. I received several emails keeping me abreast of progress 1) Acknowledgement of the order 2) Acknowledgement of receipt of funds 3) Advice that the order was being processed 4) Advice of despatch with tracking number. Money arrived on time. I will definitely deal with this company again.
