General Comments
I read the reviews here after booking Phuket Air and approached the flight with trepidation. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very helpful, the service was good with the cabin staff very obliging. I couldn't see the movie screen on the outward journey so it can't be compared to some bigger names but at £320 LGW BKK return can you really complain ?

The flight left an hour late, was delayed in Sharga a further hour, but still arrived at the scheduled time - I don't know how..!

Flight was smooth and comfortable.
