First of all for the price the house was its not worth anywhere near that sum of money! Finish of house inside is average lots of movement so lets see if they fix it ! Doubt it without a fight! Been in the house 4 months and if could go back i would hav steered well clear builders just after ur cash !!!roughcast has been broke of and redone 3 times now and still isnt right just done as quick as possible to shut me up! Done in winter might i add! So will fall off in a yr or 2 ! DONT BUY BELLWAY IV MAYBE JUST BEEN UNLUCKY,BUT I DOUBT IT THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH BAD WORKMANSHIP AS PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR !
