“Disgraceful Service”

I do not recommend Think Money at all , Waited 1 hour 12 mins to contact them ,I gave up in the end.I Couldn't contact them online as systems were down , my husband transferred myself money to my account so i could get myself to work , didn't show till 6 hours later , I lost half a days pay , I was fuming , they still manage to take 17.50 a month , without a problem. 17.50 a month will be spent elsewhere from now on.
