“Comprehensive Banggood Review by Chriscopter”

I've been ordering quite a lot of multirotor toys from banggood this year, some for collecting, others for donations or gifts.

Banggood is my 2nd online store in buying these quadcopters/drones, the first one is Lazada (which had only few drones to choose to).

Banggood offers me the best in terms of product and service.
Defective product? Just contact them nicely and inform them of your issue and they'll provide you a solution that doesn't compromise you.

logistics - 3/5 (Can't really complain that much but if you don't mind waiting at least a month to have your products delivered for FREE, you'll be quite pleased when it arrives. You have the option to have it expedited but with additional cost)

customer service - 5/5 (I've encountered nice customer service personnel who provides me uncompromising solutions)


product availability - 4/5 (Encountered minor back orders from here and there but I wasn't rushing for the product to be delivered anyway)

product quality - 4/5 (I've had 1 defective product delivered to me but the issue was resolved without any problem(just waiting for the product delivered and I hope it's not defective anymore))
