Tried to place order over internet and it wouldn't go through. Then had a phone call from create and craft regarding my attempted order. Was asked if I wished to go ahead and order. I was pleased they rang as it was double discount. So he repeated my order to me and asked if I could use my £10 voucher. Price agreed at £303. searched my bank to find £338 plus £303 had been taken by them. Rang to be told to return items for refund. Rang again when 3 boxes arrived.Told not to send the one box but the two boxes. asked who would pay postage and free at Asda. Ok. Asked why the two box and not the one was told it was what they wanted. guess what been refunded £287 because I have to pay for postage. and it was cheaper parcel I was asked to return. I am out £40+ and they offer £15. Will never look at this channel again and will keep pushing for full refund. DONT ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS UNLESS YOU ARE POSITIVE IT WONT BE DOUBLED.PRESENTER SOLD IT TO ME. GOODS ARE BRILL BUT WILL LET HIM KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED. WAS ACCUQUILT DIES
