“Should be ashamed”

We ordered 2 leather sofas, we had to wait 4 weeks after our 1st delivery date, we were told they had gone missing, they couldn't tell us what has happened to them. I phoned up head office I managed to get them to reimburse the delivery charge as we were having to take time off work, after being given so many delivery dates.
I won't be recommending Harveys to anyone, they should be really ashamed of themselves to allow this type of thing to happen.
we are very happy with the sofas just a shame it took so long.
