I took out the policy for both my puppies and a week later one of them had an accident whilst out walking. obviously I took her straight to the vets.
I put in a claim - naughty me I hadn't read the small print about 14 days. PetPlan passed my claim on to the insurers who asked the vet for details regarding the injury. I am very happy that both the insurers and Petplan checked to make sure this was not a fraudulent claim, which it wasn't. Petplan have kept me appraised of the claim and notified me both by text and email advising that the claim has been paid.
I thank both Petplan and the insurers for everything they have done. They are efficient, very professional staff and whenever I spoke to them always asked first if my puppy was better.
Well worth paying £67 per month for them although I hope they do not have any more accidents.
