“inadequate ATOL coverage !”

Got my ATOL certificate, they have left off the cruise and hotels and only covered the flights and transfers. They say ATOL does not cover the cruise and hotels. The ATOL website says
"ATOL protection
Applies to virtually any overseas air holiday that you book with a UK travel company. The law says your holiday must be protected if you book a holiday with a single travel company that includes:
flights and accommodation, (including a cruise), or
flights and car hire, or
flights, accommodation and car hire."
They also undercharged me by 1p then harassed me every day and threatened to cancel my holiday as I had not paid in full - I paid with a card the amount they asked for so the error was on their side.
Be very careful
