“Made the whole process easy”

I cannot praise new homes enough. 10/10. Buying your first home is a very daunting experience but with the right team of people around you it can be surprisingly easy. From the first person we spoke to right up to the last e-mail we received the whole team at new homes treated us so well and we're always clear in what the next steps were going to be. They sorted out everything- even the things we were expecting to do ourselves. We took the option to pay what has to be said is a very fair price to stay with new homes throughout the term of our mortgage as we feel in very good hands and trust new homes to always guide us in the right direction without feeling pushed into anything. Thank you all at new homes for helping us buy our perfect family home!!
