After ordering a Muddyfox Mounting Bike on the 21/10/16 the payment was taken that day . The following day I received a Email stating my order was being processed. Then nothing for fourteen days. Sent numerous Emails still nothing. So tried ringing to hear an answerphone message to say they were moving to bigger warehouse and to contact by Email. Sent an Email stating if said bike wasn't delivered by the 4/11/16 I would be cancelling the order would expect a full refund. Got an Email back stating the bike has been shipped by Yodel and would be delivered on 4/11/16 but wasn't so Email was sent cancelling the order. I then got a bike from a different supplier. On the 7/11/16 whilst at work the bike turned up was signed for by a neighbour. So back on the Email again only to be told if wanted to return the bike I would have to pay to have it picked up and they would send return forms. As of today's date the 18/11/16 no return forms. So don't touch this company with a barge pole. Bike as been sold on so not out of pocket
