“HUNG UP ON CALL!”

I am very annoyed by the customer service of this company. The first lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and put me through to a 'specialist' of sewing machines, then when the gentleman spoke to me on the phone, he was very abrupt in the way he spoke and did not allow any negotiation at all. Then nearer the end of the call, I was hung up on before I could even finish my sentence! It's disgusting. They are deffinatly not helpful, and are only interested in talking to you if you have said 'yes I am going to buy right now over the phone'. Id give this rude business minus stars if that was possible!
