“Absolute Joke of a company”

Sold our house with a view to port our mortgage over to a bigger property. Its been 12 weeks and still we're waiting for our offer! My buyer has been ready to move for weeks (First time buyer) and us having a mortgage with Platform already are still waiting! Ringing everyday to try and get them to do their job, we get over 1 hurdle and they seem to throw something else at us, we've jumped through every hoop and still they have me ringing and tell me tomorrow!
Do not use this company unless you want to be reduced to tears and go through a very stressful ordeal!
