This company have been brilliant, I made a claim within 6 weeks of having my iPhone as I dropped it and smashed the screen. They were so quick with authorising the claim and then having the phone repaired and sent back to me.

I changed my phone to a Samsung and wasn't able to switch it on the policy because it was an iPhone policy, they cancelled that policy immediately and I was able to set up a new one instantly at no extra cost.
